Where are ahyayah ceramic items made?

All items are hand built from start to finish in my home studio in Brisbane, Australia. 

How can I order?

New mugs will go LIVE on the website once a month.  Once the drop is LIVE, you are able to place an order. You cannot place an order before the release date/ time.

How does the monthly drop work?

A number of one-of-a-kind mugs are released together with a limited number of spots for custom mugs. Customers will be notified via email if they have subscribed to ahyayah ceramics. Date and time will also be announced on our Instagram. 

Do you do custom orders?

Yes! Limited spots are open once a month for custom mug orders. These spots are limited and fill up fast. Please note, we take inspiration only for custom orders. If you send us another artists work, we will respectfully cancel your order. You can get creative or choose from previous ahyayah ceramic designs - Check out our Instagram for the latest! 

Is international shipping available?

Yes. Our products can be shipped worldwide. 

What is the cost of shipping?

Australia Wide

  • Allow 6-10 days for shipping

International

  • $25.00 Standard Shipping
  • Allow 6-30 days for shipping

Please note Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

No, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. To avoid any surprises, please check the size and product description before purchasing one of the pieces.  

What if my order arrives broken?

In the unlikely event that your order arrives broken/damaged please email hello.ahyayah@gmail.com with pictures of the damaged product. We will then reach out to you to discuss your item being replaced.
